Tim Williams’ Scouting Report

Williams was the most effective pass rusher in the country last season, recording 10.5 sacks in limited action in 2015. He’s a very explosive pass rusher and probably the best in this draft class. He has a quick first-step and has no problems getting to the quarterback. His spin move is elite and is every offensive tackle’s worse nightmare. The one problem with Williams is his limited playing time, which should change in 2016 as he’s moved into a starting role. Williams could be a top-3 pick if he proves he can stop the run and continues to be a dominant pass rusher like he was last season.
