2015 Chicago White Sox Top Preseason Prospects
The White Sox have two top 50 prospects in their farm system in Tim Anderson and Carlos Rodon. The White Sox took Rodon with the third pick in the 2014 Draft and the 22-year old should be ready to make his Major League Debut in 2016. Rodon was considered by most to be the best player in the 2014 draft, but he wasn’t as dominate as most people expected him to be in his last season at NC State and he slipped down just a little bit. I have Anderson as the best player in the White Sox farm system for now. Anderson is a guy that can hit for average, steal bases, and hit 15 homers a year. He also has an above average glove and arm to go with his ability to hit.

★★★★★★ – Superstar player that has the potential to make an instant impact in the Major Leagues. This player is a future MVP or Cy Young Candidate.
★★★★★ – Great player at his respected position. Has the potential to be a number one starter if he’s a pitcher. Has All-Star potential, but isn’t on the superstar level.
★★★★ – A good everyday player, but not on the great level. A good number two or three if he’s a pitcher.
★★★ – Major League potential, but most likely just a bench player or number 4 or 5 starter. A chance they will spend most of their career in the minors.
