2015 Cincinnati Reds Top Preseason Prospects
The Reds farm system is full of pitching, with 14 of their top 20 prospects being a pitcher. Cincinnati top prospect is Robert Stephenson, who has a cannon for an arm, that will hit 100 mph every now and then, he’s also got a great breaking ball to go with it. Stephenson also has excellent control for a pitcher that throws as hard as he does. Raisel Iglesias is the prospect that Cincinnati fans should keep an eye on this season. The hard throwing righty was signed to a major league contract last summer and I expect him to play in the big leagues sometime this season. The Reds also have a future star in Jesse Winker. He can hit for power and average, but he still needs to work on his defense.
