Here are my SEC Week 9 Picks:
Saturday, October 31
28 #19 Ole Miss at Auburn 31
Some of you probably think I’m crazy, but I do have a reason for picking Auburn. Ole Miss has struggled in their last two road games and seems to play very bad after a big win, and plus I love to pick the underdog.
21 South Carolina at Texas A&M 38
I look for Aggies freshman quarterback Kyle Murray to have a big game in his first career start.
14 Georgia at #11 Florida 17
The game that will decided the East. Both teams have lost key offensive pieces this season, so expect a very physical, low scoring defensive game.
14 Tennessee-Martin at Arkansas 45
10 Vanderbilt at #18 Houston 34
Vanderbilt’s defense continues to impress me, but their offense is not good enough to hold off the Cougars.
34 Tennessee at Kentucky 21
Nothing has gone Tennessee’s way this season, but fortunately for them their schedule is about to shift in their favor and it starts in Lexington. The Vols defense has been improving all season and that alone should be enough to beat the Wildcats.
