40. Patty Mills, San Antonio Spurs

Mills is easily one of the best backups in the league, and has done a great job filling in for Cory Joseph, who left after the 2015 season. Mills is an excellent three-point shooter, is a great passer and rarely turns the ball over.

Lawson is a lot like Nelson, gone are his days of being a starting point guard in the NBA, but he’s still good enough to get a start every now and then.
