All stats and records were updated during All-Star Break
40. Patty Mills, San Antonio Spurs
Mills is easily one of the best backups in the league, and has done a great job filling in for Cory Joseph, who left after the 2015 season. Mills is an excellent three-point shooter, is a great passer and rarely turns the ball over.
39. Ty Lawson, Sacramento Kings
Lawson is a lot like Nelson, gone are his days of being a starting point guard in the NBA, but he’s still good enough to get a start every now and then.
38. Brandon Jennings, New York Knicks
Jennings hasn’t been the same since he ruptured his Achilles’ tendon in 2015, but still has plenty of talent and could make a difference with a team before his career is over.
