37. Ish Smith, Detroit Pistons

Smith was great for the Pistons early in the season, starting for the then injured Reggie Jackson. Detroit seems like a better team when Ish is on the floor, and the more playing time he gets the further up this list he will go. His strength is his ability to move the ball and you can tell the Pistons have much better ball movement when he is on the floor.

36. T.J. McConnell, Philadelphia 76ers

McConnell has been a pleasant surprise for the 76ers this season, currently tied for fifth in the NBA in assists per 48 minutes (11.9). He is also tied for seventh in assist to turnover ratio (3.4). McConnell will be an important piece for Philadelphia moving forward, especially if he keeps improving his passing ability.

35. Marcus Smart, Boston Celtics

Smart is getting better, but he’s not progressing as quick as a sixth overall pick should. He’s improved his field goal percentage and has improved his three-point shooting this season, but is turning over the ball too much right now. Smart still has a lot of work to do if he wants to be a premier point guard in the league.
