Blue Jays Acquire Ben Revere from the Phillies

The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired Ben Revere from the Philadelphia Phillies, according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly was the first to report the interest between the two parties.  The trade is now official with Jimmy Cordero and Alberto Tirado going to the Phillies.  Philadelphia also sent cash considerations to the Blue Jays.

Ben Revere will be traded to Blue Jays. @JSalisburyCSN first had Totonto's interest in Revere.
