The Atlanta Braves announced on Friday that they’ve claimed right-hander Danny Burawa off waivers from the New York Yankees. He will report to the Braves Triple-A affiliate in Gwinnett.

The 26-year-old pitched in one game at the major league level this season, giving up four earned runs on three hits in 2/3 of an inning.
He’s been very good in Double-A and Triple-A this season, posting a 2.69 ERA over 60 1/3 inning and a K/9 rate of 7.8.
