Every September NFL rosters are cut down to 53 players, and many players’ dreams of playing in the NFL do not come true. There were bound to be some changes in Chicago since the Bears changed their front office staff, coaches and schemes. Ten rookies made the final cut and that is not counting first round pick Kevin White since he will start the year on the physically unable to perform list.
