The Dallas Cowboys have signed wide receiver A.J. Jenkins and have waived Chris Boyd with an injury designation. Jenkins was taken 30th overall in the 2012 draft by the San Francisco 49ers and hasn’t lived up to the hype yet. The 49ers traded Jenkins to the Kansas City Chiefs after three games his rookie season.
He has caught just 17 passes for 223 yards and no touchdowns over his three-year career.
