Duke’s Justise Winslow with the block of the year

Justise Winslow was great Saturday night against Stanford putting up 14 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. But all of that might now be the most impressive thing he did in the game.

Justice Winslow got up and blocked Chasson Randle layup and hurdled over him. Randle had already drawn foul from Duke’s Quinn Cook in transition. Randle was attempting a three-point play, when out of nowhere came Winslow. Winslow is a 6-foot-6 highly coveted freshman and Randle is a 6-foot-1 guard.

Winslow isn’t expected to go pro after his season, but if he keeps this up he will have NBA scouts drooling. He showed excellent athleticism on the play and this Duke team looks like the only one that can compete with Kentucky this season. If Winslow can find his jump shot he will be a lottery pick next June.
