The 21-year-old shortstop is number 11 player on Fueled by Sports. He’s ranked ninth by Baseball America and ranked fourth by Baseball Prospectus and MLB.com. Lindor has a slash line of .279/.346/.398 with two homers and 22 RBIs this season at Triple-A Columbus. The switch hitter joins a talented group of young prospects to make their debut in recent weeks.
Lindor is a contact hitter that will collect plenty of extra base hits and steal his fair share of bases. His most notable attribute is his glove.
Cleveland hasn’t lived up to expectations so far this season and the team is hoping this will provide a spark to their team and fanbase.
