Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin has torn his ACL and will miss the entire 2015 season, according to David Newton of ESPN.com.
Benjamin, 24, caught 73 passes for 1,008 yards and nine touchdowns as a rookie in 2014. He was expected to be Cam Newton top target this season. This is a major loss for the Panthers, who look to make the playoffs for the third straight season.
Carolina may look to add a veteran like Reggie Wayne to fill the void for this season.
