The Seattle Mariners have signed righty Kevin Gregg to a minor league deal, according to Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times. He will start out in Triple-A.
The 36-year-old was designated for assignment by the Reds earlier this season, after giving up 12 runs, striking out 14 batters and walking five in 10 2/3 innings.
