Scouting Report
Garrett is the most physically ready player in this draft and has the ideal size of an NFL defensive end to go with great speed and strength. He has an elite first step and uses a variety of pass rush moves to get past the offensive lineman and to the quarterback. He knows how to stay low to the ground which makes it easier for him to change directions quickly. He’s a very explosive and aggressive pass rusher, but sometimes can be too aggressive, opening up a lane for opposing running backs. Garrett is by far the most talented defensive player in the 2017 draft.
