The Baltimore Orioles have released Travis Snider, according to Roch Kubatko of MASN.
The once top prospect had a poor season, slashing .237/.318/.341 with three homers and 20 RBIs in 236 plate appearances. Baltimore acquired Junior Lake and Gerardo Parra at the deadline, which pretty much left Snider out of the Orioles outfield mix.
