The Philadelphia Phillies have outrighted pitcher Sean O’Sullivan after last night’s loss against the Dodgers. Hector Neris will take his place on the roster.
O’Sullivan, 27, had struggled for the Phillies, posting an ERA of 6.08 and giving up 16 homers in just 71 innings.
