The Heisman Trophy favorite racked up the stats last season, completing 301 of his 492 attempts for 3,901 yards and 33 touchdowns. The 6’2″ senior also ran for 707 yards on 152 attempts and eight touchdowns. Boykin is without a doubt the top quarterback in the Big-12 and it isn’t even close. TCU improved their points per game from 25.1 in 2013 to 46.5 in 2014 behind Boykin.
