The Colorado Rockies have promoted top pitching prospect Jon Gray to make his major league debut on Tuesday against the Mariners at Coors Field, according to Thomas Harding of MLB.com.
Gray, 23, was the number three overall pick in the 2014 draft out of the University of Oklahoma. The righty has posted a 3.82 ERA and a 20-11 record in 276 innings in his short minor league career.
