The St. Louis Rams have agreed to trade former number one pick Sam Bradford to the Philadelphia Eagles for quarterback Nick Foles, according to Adam Schefter.
The deal is also said to include a draft pick heading to the Rams.
Bradford has not lived up to the hype, tearing his ACL in his left knee twice since making his debut in the NFL.
Foles had a breakout 2013 campaign, but struggled with injuries for most of the 2014 season.
In my opinion this trade doesn’t make sense for the Eagles, but nothing has made much sense in Philadelphia lately.
