Tevin Coleman becomes first player in Indiana history to rush for 2,000 yards in season

Indiana running back Tevin Coleman became the first player in Indiana school history to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season. Coleman also became the 18th player in FBS history to rush for 2,000 or more yards.

Tevin Coleman ran for 130 yards on 29 carries in Indiana 23-16 win over Purdue. Coleman finished the season finished the season with 2,036 yards and he’s just a junior this year. I think that Coleman will return for his senior season.

It was Indiana final game of the season, with the Hoosiers finishing 4-8. They did have a huge win earlier this season over SEC East Champs Missouri.
