Green-Beckham was once considered a first round pick but off the field issues scared most teams. He didn’t play at all last season since he had to set out a year for transferring from Missouri to Oklahoma.
The Titans still have to sign number two overall pick Marcus Mariota and third round offensive lineman Jeremiah Poutasi.
