The updated Fueled by Sports Top 150 football recruits has been released, you can check it out here. Byron Cowart is the number one player in the country, the defensive end is a dominant presence on the field and reminds us of Dante Fowler, Jr. coming out of high school.
Defensive end Kyle Phillips soared up the rankings, going from unranked to the number two prospect. Phillips looked great in the U.S. Army All-American game. Offensive tackle Martez Ivey went up three spots to number three in the rankings.
Defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr. went up 13 spots to the number 6 player in the country. Beckner looks to be bound for Missouri, who already has a top 150 defensive end committed to them in Nate Howard.
Here are the 10 players that gained their fifth star: Anthony Wheeler, Damien Harris, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Ronald Jones II, Tyron Johnson, Deon Cain, Lester Cotton, Canton Kaumatule, Jalen Dalton, and Jarrett Stidham.
