Bears Defense Struggled on Third Downs
The Bears played nickel packages most of the game against the Packers. But this did not have an effect on Aaron Rodgers and the Packers on third downs as they completed 6-10 opportunities. Three of those third down conversions and a fourth down conversion came on one drive that resulted in a touchdown. That drive put the Packers up by eight going into the fourth quarter. The Bears offense finished with an impressive 64 percent conversion rate on their third down conversions.
