What We Learned from Bears in Week 1

Overall the Bears played better than I thought they would against the Packers. They actually look like they are going to be more competitive this season. The Bears still missed opportunities that need to be made in order to win games. First the Bears must get pressure on the opposing quarterback (Bears did not record a sack against Rodgers). They must also find a way to come away with touchdowns when they are first and goal. The Bears had first and goal at Green Bay’s 6-yard line and called four straight unsuccessful passing plays and ended up turning the ball over on downs.
